The QR code on each card goes to adventuresdirect.us. Guests browse curated operators by adventure category and book direct — on the operator's own page.

Bookings tracked to your properties

Each property receives a unique tracking link embedded in its QR code. Every confirmed booking from your portfolio is attributed automatically — no manual tracking on your end.

Monthly report & payment by the 15th

You receive a detailed monthly activity report — guest scans, confirmed bookings, and earnings by property. AdventuresDirect targets payment by the 15th of each month, timed to operator settlement cycles.

AdventuresDirect pays 5% of every confirmed booking value to your company as the referring partner. What you do with that income is entirely your decision — and the most successful PM partners think about it deliberately.

Option A — Default

PM Retains the Commission

The referral fee is paid directly to your company as revenue. Clean, simple, and maximum motivation for your team to actively recommend AdventuresDirect across your portfolio. Best fit for PMs who operate as full-service businesses.

Option B — Owner Benefit

Pass It to Your Property Owners

Some partners pass the referral fee to their property owners as a client benefit — a meaningful differentiator in a competitive PM market. We pay you; you distribute to owners as you see fit. Best fit for PMs competing on owner value-add.

Our recommendation: Retain the commission as PM revenue — it gives your team the clearest incentive to actively promote AdventuresDirect. If you share any portion with property owners, we encourage transparency; owners respond well to it and it protects you. Either way, AdventuresDirect pays one entity — you — and you handle any distribution.
